We believed from the very start that there needed to be some honesty within the glazing industry and that customers didn’t deserve “Upselling” to inexpensive security features.
Customers didn’t deserve over-inflated prices whereby a magical call to a manager could suddenly make this price drop by 75+% but only if the contract was signed immediately.
Customers didn’t deserve to be fobbed off with answers using nonsensical industry jargon where the words although sounding impressive didn’t actually mean anything or even when broken down the “Sales Rep” didn’t even understand them.
We believed that like any other industry, potential customers were simply looking for Value for Money and placing our customers as the heartbeat of the company not only has allowed the business to grow but also for the homeowners to feel valued in an industry that hasn’t always had the best reputation.
We believed that inexpensive security options should be quoted for initially giving the homeowner maximum security at affordable prices.
We believed in pricing every job as an individual, not using an over inflated pricing matrix allowing for unrealistic price reductions, all our quotes are provided with our best price first time allowing us no room for negotiation and although this can be seen as a negative I still stand by this philosophy as I can sleep peacefully knowing each and every customer has had the very best price we can offer.
We believed in using everyday terminology within both our casual chats and in-depth questions with our customers ensuring that they fully understand and we give each and everyone of them time to understand and answer any further questions they may have.
We are not just there for “The Sale” we are there to try and make the experience informative and pleasurable, we don’t chase after quoting, we ensure our customers know we are there with them in the journey every step of the way.
